Now we are looking for

TWO RF ENGINEERS

to join our international and dynamic Engineering Group in Espoo, Finland, to contribute to creating state-of-the-art RF/Antenna products for critical industries. As an RF Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop innovative antenna products and concepts.
• Enhance COJOT’s smart antenna systems with new features.
• Ensure and verify RF quality in designs.
• Build and test prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and refine designs.
• Document your work for project management and customers.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for both a junior and a senior RF Engineer with:

• A B.Sc./B.Eng (minimum) or M.Sc./M.Eng (preferred) in Electrical or Microwave Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in antenna or RF/EM product design (preferably using AWR & CST).
• Experience in electronics/PCB design (PADS) and HW/SW integration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and simulation tools such as Matlab and Python.
• Strong verbal and written English skills (Finnish is an advantage).
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills.
