We are now looking for a

SALES EXECUTIVE

to work with meaningful and lifesaving products and services for a permanent employment. This is a great opportunity to open new market areas and dive into the fascinating world of critical communications. You will serve our channel partner network working with end customers in the fire fighting, heavy industry, law enforcement and defense segments.

In this role, you will be part of our sales team and responsible for both existing and new clients in the European region with initial focus in the Nordics and Eastern Europe. The target revenue for the next few years in your role is approximately 10 million euros. Your focus will include exploring future customer relationships such as network integrators, building up the tactical channel partner network, alongside managing the existing distribution network primarily engaged in radio technology and critical communication infrastructure.

We are seeking a salesperson who enjoys solving customer problems and thrives in an international environment. The role requires excellent presentation skills and natural networking abilities. Your attitude and desire to succeed means more to us than your previous miles in sales.

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, and curious team member for our team, where collective success is more important than flashy individual performances. The job is international and requires fluent English language skills, along with travel readiness in Europe. We see as a strong advantage Finnish (or some other Nordic language) speaking and writing skills.

The ideal candidate would have a technical sales background, for example in telecom, critical communication, or customer interface of the defense and security industry from private and/or public sector. The position is ideally located in our HQ in Espoo, but remote work is also considered for the right candidate.
