We are looking for a
CLAIMS SPECIALIST (Finnish, Swedish & English speaking)
to join our team in Stockholm.
Would you like to work in an international role where claims handling, debt collection and daily stakeholder communication come together? Coface is looking for a Claims Specialist to join our Nordic team in Stockholm. You will work closely with collaborative colleagues across the Nordics, with team members based in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
About the role
In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of claims and debt collection cases across the Nordics, ensuring smooth operational handling from late payment notice to resolution. You will support clients throughout the process, coordinate with debtors and collection partners, and help drive claims forward when needed.
The role involves close daily collaboration with clients, debtors, local partners and other Coface teams. It is a hands-on position where active communication, accurate documentation and the ability to manage multiple ongoing cases are key to success.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an outgoing and service-minded professional who enjoys working closely with people and keeping multiple cases moving forward at the same time.
You may have previous experience from an office environment or an administrative or customer-facing role, but above all, you should be comfortable picking up the phone, communicating with different stakeholders and handling ad hoc situations in a structured way. No specific educational background is required, and you will receive full training for the role.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ confidence in speaking with clients and stakeholders by phone and email
✔ strong collaboration and communication skills across cultures
✔ the ability to manage interruptions, ad hoc tasks and several ongoing cases
✔ a hands-on mindset and appreciation for operational, detail-oriented work
We require fluent Finnish, Swedish and English language skills, as the role is highly international and English is used daily.
