We are now looking for a
PRODUCTION PLANNER
for our newly renovated factory in Jyväskylä
In this role you are responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily production to ensure customer delivery requirements are met. Key tasks include creating and optimizing production schedules, analyzing material and capacity needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow, and resolving any abnormalities that impact delivery or efficiency. The position also manages ERP/MES data accuracy, monitors inventory levels, prepares shortage reports, and contributes to process improvements that enhance manufacturing performance and quality.
You will become part of growing production planning team and work closely with them, our buyers and the production in Jyväskylä. You’ll be reporting to our Supply Chain Management Director.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a degree-qualified professional (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with previous experience in production planning. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and good communication skills both Finnish and English. To succeed in this role requires attention to details, the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines, and a strong, results-driven and self-motivated approach. A customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills are also essential.
