SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – DEFENCE
To join our sales team in a permanent role, contributing to the advancement of mission-critical technologies. This is a unique opportunity to expand into new strategic markets and engage with the dynamic world of defence and critical communications.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the defence and security segments, focusing initially on the European regions. You will work closely with our partner network and end users, including defence integrators, system providers, and government agencies. Your role will involve building and strengthening our tactical partner ecosystem, while also supporting and optimizing our existing network, primarily engaged in radio communications and critical communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth with a target revenue of approximately 10€ million over the next few years.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the defence and security sectors.
- Establish and nurture relationships with integrators, procurement authorities, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements across Europe.
What we’re looking for: We value a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset and a strong drive to succeed in a complex and regulated environment with multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable operating in international settings and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within defence or telecommunications, critical communications, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the defence procurement landscape, customer segments and public sector engagement.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish. Another major European language is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to team success.
- The position is based at our Espoo headquarters, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.
