We are now looking for a

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

to strengthen our international and dynamic team in Espoo.

In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly from order to delivery. As part of our 4 person team, you will coordinate customer and supplier orders, confirm deliveries, arrange shipments within the EU and globally, and handle invoicing. Working closely with customers, contract manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders, you ensure that timelines, documentation, and expectations are consistently aligned.

What we are looking for

You are already familiar with order management and the quotation-to-delivery process, including sales and purchase orders. You have experience in international logistics and are familiar with import and export processes within the EU and beyond. Based on this experience you are comfortable working with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and preferably also in Finnish. Experience working with ERP systems is expected.

Beyond your experience, you have a structured and reliable way of working. You pick up new things quickly, enjoy clear routines, and stay focused even in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills help you work smoothly with a wide range of stakeholders, and you are happy to work mainly on-site in Espoo.
