We are looking for an enthusiastic and development-minded

PROJECT MANAGER

to strengthen our PMO team in Ylöjärvi or Helsinki.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing delivery projects from start to finish, keeping everything on track both towards the customer and within our internal teams. The projects you lead will focus on renewable energy and industrial applications. They are technically demanding and of high business significance – covering everything from solution design and technical implementation to installation, commissioning, and grid connection. Once the project is complete, you will also ensure that long-term services run smoothly.

Our environment is truly international: we deliver projects all over the world, and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams is part of your everyday work.

At Merus Power, project management is based on clear goals, responsibilities, and schedules. We use WBS and RACI models to clarify roles, build schedules using the Critical Path Method and Rolling Wave planning, and integrate risk management, resource assessment, and budgeting into every stage. Above all, we believe in open collaboration, clear communication, and shared commitment – the keys to successful projects.

What do we expect from you?

Most importantly, you have experience working in projects – either by leading delivery projects or being part of a project team, for example as a project engineer. We value strong project management skills and the eagerness to develop both yourself and your surroundings. You work naturally with different stakeholders and take ownership of your own tasks with determination. You communicate in both English and Finnish, enabling effective collaboration domestically and internationally.

A technical education gives you a solid foundation for this role, but we firmly believe that the right attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to take on challenges matter even more.
