We are looking for a
PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
to strengthen our Technology & Services unit.
In this role, you will lead the development and direction of Premix’s product and manufacturing technologies for growth and renewal. You’ll lead and manage project portfolio with your team and build capabilities hands-on, yet strategically.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating portfolio of product and technology development projects
- Leading and developing a team of approximately 10 technical experts
- Developing products, raw materials, and manufacturing technologies together with
your team - Designing and improving product quality in cooperation with our manufacturing and
quality experts - Participating in technology consulting and customer meetings
- Leading the development of our pilot and testing laboratory
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic professional with:
- Minimum a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in engineering or equivalent
- Background in process related industries and manufacturing, experience in
plastics/polymers/compounding is seen as a great asset - Proven track record in new product development projects/processes and
understanding of their lifecycle - International mindset and willingness to travel
- Ability to lead with strong goal orientation and develop the team’s methods,
targets, and metrics - Willingness to be present onsite and foster collaboration between the pilot & lab,
production, and technical customer service - Growth potential
